  • Free Standard UK delivery over £30 - 1-2 days

UK standard delivery does not include Saturday. 

We do not ship internationally currently. Please contact us.

We use state-of-the-art technology to ensure that your order is packed and delivered accurately and efficiently. We reserve the right to propose a different shipping method if the original one is too high. Delivery will be shipped in multiple batches if an item on the order is unavailable at the time of processing the delivery.

Returns

 If you wish to discuss your purchase or return an item, please contact us.

Customer satisfaction is important to us and we hope that you are happy with your purchase from Sea Magik.

If, however, you are dissatisfied with your purchase and you wish to return anything bought from us, we will refund you, in line with our 100% Happy Money Back Guarantee*.

You need to notify Sea Magik, by emailing support@seamagik.com within 30 days of purchase, confirming that you wish to return your Sea Magik purchase. Please ensure you include the original order number.

You may also need to return the Sea Magik product (at your own cost), within five days of notifying us, to:

We will only accept returns and a claim under the Sea Magik 100% Happy Money Back Feel Good Promise from the person who directly purchased the Sea Magik product. The promise isn’t transferable.

Sea Magik reserves the right to refuse a refund under the Sea Magik 100% Happy Money Back Feel Good Promise if:

  • You don’t provide us with sufficient feedback on the product you are returning.
  • Sea Magik considers that a customer is disproportionately or excessively using the Sea Magik 100% Happy Money Back Feel Good Promise, or your behaviour suggests you are abusing its use (whether fraudulently or otherwise).
