If you buy any Sea Magik product and don’t love it within 30 days, you can send it back for a full refund. No questions asked. 

This gives you 30 days from when you purchase your item to return the product for a full refund of the price you paid at the time of purchase (minus delivery costs), subject to the terms and conditions below.

What if the Product has been used?

It doesn’t matter, if you’re not happy, no matter how much you’ve used, you can get your money back provided you satisfy the T&CS below.

How do I use the Sea Magik 100% Happy Money Back Feel Good Promise?

You need to notify Sea Magik, either by emailing support@seamagik.com within 30 days of purchase, confirming that you wish to return your Sea Magik purchase. Please ensure you include the original order number.

 

 

Terms and Conditions:

In order to claim a refund under the Sea Magik 100% Happy Money Back Feel Good Promise, you will need to provide us with sufficient feedback using the feedback form provided by us. This is to allow us to continually improve our products and so that we can understand the reason you wish to use our promise.

You may also need to return the Sea Magik product (at your own cost) to Sea Magik, Orchard House, Winchet Hill, Goudhurst, Kent, TN17 1JY, within five days of notifying Sea Magik.

All refunds will be made to the payment method used during your original purchase unless this is not possible under your payment provider’s terms and conditions.

Sea Magik reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Sea Magik 100% Happy Money Back Feel Good Promise at any time without notice.

Are there any exceptions and when can’t I claim under the Sea Magik 100% Happy Money Back Feel Good Promise?

We will only accept returns and a claim under the Sea Magik 100% Happy Money Back Feel Good Promise from the person who directly purchased the Sea Magik product. The promise isn’t transferable.

Sea Magik reserves the right to refuse a refund under the Sea Magik 100% Happy Money Back Feel Good Promise if:

• You don’t provide us with sufficient feedback on the product you are returning

• Sea Magik considers that a customer is disproportionately or excessively using the Sea Magik 100% Happy Money Back Feel Good Promise, or your behaviour suggests you are abusing its use (whether fraudulently or otherwise).
